Professional Culinary Arts & Hospitality

This program trains students to become a Line Cook, Chef or Pastry Chef with articulation in any Community College in Florida of 15 credit hours in Culinary Management. Students work towards ServSafe certification and look forward to preparing and servicing lunch and dinner in Papa G’s café.
