Building Construction Technology – Dual

This program prepares students for employment or advanced training in the building construction industry. This is a hands-on program including instruction in carpentry, framing, masonry, roofing, cabinetry, plumbing, electrical and HVAC. Students construct 2 homes per year for Habitat for Humanity. Students prepare for certification by the National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER). In this program the students earn Advanced Placement academic credit.

Registration

High school student admittance is based on current academic course history, grade point average, FSA scores, attendance record and faculty recommendation.
